The Sunrift Gorge trail is a very short trail along a short series of waterfalls. The trail heads up the north side of the Going to the Sun Road along the stream. It offers a number of great pictures. You can also walk under one of the Going to the Sun Road Bridges.
For a more difficult hike you can continue up the trail to Siyeh Pass. This 10.3 mile hike climbs 3440 ft up the side of the St. Mary Valley.
Or you can take a trail down to the shore of Upper St. Mary Lake and over to Baring Falls.
