Hurricane Hill is a magnificent viewpoint where on a good day you can see all of the major mountain in Olympic National Park. Plus you can see accross the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Vancover Island.
To get there drive up to the top of the Hurricane Ridge section of the park from Port Angeles. Head past the Visitors center to the end of the road. The trailhead is located on the north east side of the loop parking lot.
Most of the trail is paved up to the top of the hill, the first .25 miles are wheelchair accessible. The trail winds through several groves of trees before it start up the hill with a series of longer switch backs. People have made a number of different paths at the top of the hill. Each path leads to a slightly different view of the Mountains or accross the stait.
